Our Neon Dystopia mouse mat is heavily inspired by the New Wave science fiction movement of the 60's and 70's where a focus on lowlife and high tech became prominent. The same style spawned the likes of Robocop, Judge Dredd, The Matrix and latterly games like Cyberpunk.
This style leans further into the themes that inspired it by focusing heavily on the neon blues and greens which when contrasted against the darker buildings and backdrop, help make this mouse pad stand out.
We've seen this design in a few different setups and it always looks striking, but its perhaps at its best in a darker gaming desk setup.
