1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of izrito.co.uk and the purchase of products from izrito Ltd ("izrito", "we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with us. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or over and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Our Products

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes. While we make every effort to accurately represent colours and designs, your screen's display settings may affect how colours appear. Finished product dimensions may vary slightly from those listed due to the nature of the manufacturing process, variations of up to 3% are within normal tolerance.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time you place your order.

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. All payment processing is handled securely by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

If a pricing error occurs on our website, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund. We will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs.

5. Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraudulent activity or where a product is unavailable.

If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

6. Dispatch & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of receiving payment. Once dispatched, UK orders are typically delivered within 2–4 working days from the date of order, though delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. If you have not received your order within 10 working days of placing it, please contact us at hello@izrito.co.uk.

We currently ship to UK addresses only. International shipping will be introduced in due course, please check the website for the latest information.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title to the goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment.

7. Returns & Refunds

7.1 Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order for standard (non-personalised) products within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at hello@izrito.co.uk within the 14-day cancellation period.

Following notification, you must return the goods to us within 14 days. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

We will issue a full refund (including original standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, provided they are returned in their original, unused condition.

7.2 Custom & Personalised Orders

Custom or personalised mouse mats (where you supply your own design or image) are exempt from the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as they are made specifically for you. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders unless the product arrives faulty or damaged.

7.3 Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at hello@izrito.co.uk, providing your order number and photographs of the issue. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. We will resolve all genuine faults promptly and without quibble.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on izrito.co.uk, including designs, images, text, logos, and branding, is the property of izrito Ltd or its licensed artists and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.

Artist collaboration designs are licensed exclusively to izrito Ltd. Purchasing a physical product does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the design to the buyer.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, izrito Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total value of that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

10. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website for any user who breaches these Terms or engages in conduct we consider harmful or inappropriate.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure the website is available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information is error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website at any time.
