All izrito mouse mats are 900mm x 400mm, the standard extended gaming deskmat size. Large enough to accommodate your mouse and keyboard with room to spare. This has become the most popular size in the PC gaming desk setup community. Our mats are also 3mm thick, offering the perfect combination of comfort, quality and control. Too thin and mousepads can feel cheap, too thick and they're less comfortable on your wrist when you're trying to hit those flick shots.

Approximately, yes. BUT because our mats are manufactured using rubber and cloth under high heat and pressure, the final dimensions may vary by a small margin (up to around 3%). This is completely normal for this type of product and consistent with industry standards. Don't worry, it won't be noticeably different in use.

Each izrito mouse mat uses a smooth, micro-woven cloth surface bonded to a natural rubber base. The cloth provides a consistent glide surface suitable for both optical and laser mice at any sensitivity. The rubber base keeps the mat firmly in place on your desk without slipping. The edges are stitched to prevent fraying and maintain shape over time.

The easiest method is a gentle machine wash on a cold or 30°C setting. Lay it flat or hang to air dry afterwards. Don't chuck it in the tumble drier as they tend to destroy mouse pads. Alternatively, you can hand wash it in a sink or bath with mild soap, rinse thoroughly, and roll it up in a towel to remove excess water before leaving it to air dry face down. Avoid harsh detergents, fabric softeners or scrubbing the surface aggressively, which can affect the print over time.

Yes. All designs in the izrito range are exclusive to us. Our original designs are produced either in-house or by one of our amazing team of artist collaborators. You won't find these designs available anywhere else. If you do, someone's been naughty!

We do our best to ensure our product images accurately represent the printed design. However, all screens display colour differently. Your monitor's brightness, contrast, and colour profile will affect how the design appears to you before purchase. The printed result may look slightly different from your screen, particularly in darker or more saturated designs. If colour accuracy is important to you, feel free to get in touch and we can provide additional detail on a specific design.

No. We hold inventory of all our stock designs, ready to ship. We don't use drop shipping, group buys, or third-party fulfilment middlemen. Our grubby mits have been all over every box we send out!

We dispatch quickly, so please get in touch as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. If we haven't yet dispatched your order we'll do our best to accommodate the request. Once dispatched, we're unable to make changes but our returns process is straightforward if you need it.

If your mat arrives in a condition that doesn't meet expectations; damaged in transit, a printing issue, or a manufacturing fault, please contact us at hello@izrito.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll sort it out quickly. We're proud of the quality of our products.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Click the number to follow your order's progress in real time. If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your junk or spam folder before getting in touch, they sometimes end up there.

If your product is faulty or arrives damaged, we'll always aim to make it right. For change-of-mind returns on stock designs, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll advise on next steps. Custom orders cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty, as they are produced specifically for you.

If your payment was declined (usually due to a billing address mismatch), your bank may place a temporary hold on the funds as a pre-authorisation. This is not a charge, it's a hold that your bank will automatically release, typically within 24 hours and at most within 3–5 working days. You will not be charged for a declined transaction. If you did not receive an order confirmation email, your order was not completed and you will need to place it again.

Yes, all UK orders include a free shipping option, no minimum spend required.

We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, they typically arrive within 2–4 working days after the order is placed. Faster options are available at checkout for a small surcharge. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Your mat arrives rolled up, in a purpose made carry bag & then in a protective cardboard box to keep it protected in transit. We take care with our packaging to make sure it arrives in perfect condition. Our packaging is suitable for gifting without additional wrapping if needed.

The brand name, colour scheme and hexagon are personal, inspired by a combination of our family's names. izrito is a small, independent brand with a genuine story behind it.

In a word, yes. izrito Ltd is a UK registered company, run from Essex. We're not a marketplace reseller, drop shipper or a middleman. When you order from us, you're buying directly from the people who built the brand.
